We finally bid farewell to our gracious hosts at the dive resort and, in keeping with its name, cautiously made it around Cape Caution in 4 foot seas. After the beating we took transiting Queen Charlotte Sound, we relished in making it safely to Bella Bella and sidled up to the Shearwater "Resort."

The peaceful evenings we enjoyed previously gave way to the commotion of wild local natives hooting and hollering all night long along with noisy fishing boat generator sets. We did, however, finally get our laundry and showers done for the 1st time in a while.
